This community program is for those who want to have the skills in producing varieties of cakes, pies and pastry works. This is a great opportunity for those who want to bake at home or to start a small business in baking and also, baking beginners.

2. BASIC COMMERCIAL COOKERY
This is a Basic Level Programme that covers the fundamental principle of preparing, cooking and presentation of local, international and Asian Cuisine on a Commercial level. Ideal for Cooking Beginners!!
