This course is for people who want to work in the hospitality industry at the operation level as a receptionist, housekeeping room attendant, food & beverage servers, bartenders, guest activities, reservationists, bell attendant , butlers, laundry attendant and other similar roles.

This will include hotel orientation and industry practical attachment.

2. CERTIFICATE III IN COMMERCIAL COOKERY & BAKING

This course is for person/s who want to work in the hospitality /catering industry as a cook, baker, pastry cook, kitchen assistant ,trainee , part-time employee or a private caterer.

Form 6 level or 1 year work experience in kitchen operation or private catering. Enquire with us.
This will include hotel orientation and industry practical attachment.
